Tonight's Camogie Match OFF

The intermediate camogie championship match fixed for tonight against Sarsfields has been called off due to the weather.

Camogie crew on the up

Tonight (Monday, 6 September)  should see the latest installment in the intermediate camogie championship for Maynooth when they face Sarsfields in their second game of the round-robin series. Maynooth are in a good position after securing victory in round one against Leixlip by 1-10 to 2-3 last week.

Intermediate Camogie Championship

Maynooth begin their intermediate camogie championship campaign this evening against Leixlip. The match is on in Leixlip at 7pm.

Congratulations to Brid, Gillian and Louise who were part of the successful Kildare camogie team that won the Junior A All-Ireland camogie championship on Saturday.

Hurlers' latest mission

It's a big weekend of hurling in the club with the juniors facing a crunch tie against Kilcock on Friday night - where a win is a must - and the seniors will try to salvage some pride in their penultimate game against Ardclough on Saturday at 6pm. The juniors play Kilcock in Kilcock at 6.30pm while the seniors play Ardclough in Clane on Saturday.

All-Ireland final for camogie girls

Maynooth will be well represented in an All-Ireland Final this Saturday when the Kildare camogie, featuring three players from the club, will face Armagh for the Junior A title. The game throws in at 2.30pm in Ashbourne, Co Meath and the club would like to wish best of luck to the team and management and especially to our three county representatives: Brid Byrnes, Gillian O'Hurley and Louise Walsh.
